Cervical cancer awareness and prevention

Cervical cancer is caused by certain types of the human papilloma virus (HPV), the most common STD. Anyone with a cervix — the lower part of the uterus in the vagina — can get cervical cancer, regardless of age or gender identity. Fortunately, cervical cancer is one of the most preventable cancers.
